I like number 40 because it reminds me of an animal expression that's annoyed.

They were all so stunning and amazing so I have a little more than one favorite. :) I liked number one, with the reflection in the eye, number two, with the awesome eruption, number 25 with the bubbles frozen in ice, number 26 with an amazing picture of an Eagle Owl in flight, number 31 with a breathtaking view of Dubai above the fog, and last but definitely not least, number 39 with the jaw dropping landscape in Yellowstone national park, covered in snow! These photos were absolutely beautiful! Ive never seen such wonder pictures in my life. Also, speaking of snow, let it snow, let it snow, let it snow! Thank you Ms.Noble!

i liked 22 25 20 and 2 haha i liked all of them but i also really thought that 30 was really actually quite interesting to sse what other people are doing around the world and its kinda relieving to know that not everyone is doing what us "Americans" do every day :)

I like the guy in the shark cage when a shark is staring at him thinking that he is dinner... that would scare me to death if it happeneed to me though. You don't see too many pictures like that.

Is this Alexander's tomb?!It now appears likely that Ptolemy adapted a vacant tomb that had been prepared by and for the last native Pharaoh of Egypt, Nectanebo II. However, this Pharaoh had fled south to Ethiopia, when Egypt had been invaded by the Persians in 343BC, so he never had the opportunity to occupy his tomb. The site of the prospective tomb was a chapel within the temple complex of the Serapeum in the cemetery area of ancient Memphis at Saqqara. It lay at the end of a mile-long avenue of sphinxes. The Serapeum complex was rediscovered by Auguste Mariette in 1850-1851 by excavating the sands away from the sphinxes one by one. Guarding the entrance to the chapel of Nectanebo II, Mariette discovered an incongruous semicircle of life-size Greek statues of poets and philosophers, which appear to date to the time of Ptolemy. Some of them can be identified, including Pindar, whose house and descendants Alexander had saved at Thebes, Homer, who was Alexander's favourite poet, and Plato, who had been the mentor of Alexander's tutor, Aristotle. Could these statues have been erected to honour Alexander's tomb?
