EXAMINING THE ECONOMICS AND SUSTAINABILITY OF BOTTLED WATER
Did you know that 40% of bottled water is simply tap water? Aquafina and Dasani (Pepsi and Coke, respectively,) are the two leading brands who obtain their water from municipal sources, filter it and sell it back to the taxpayer. Did you also know that bottled water is not subject to any safety testing except by the companies themselves? Moreover, bottled water that is produced and consumed in state is not subject to ANY safety testing.
